Total aftersales support

At Heatstar we have a well-deserved reputation for after-sales service, personified by our network of specialist service engineers, offering after-sales support for Heatstar environmental control systems.

With this team of experienced and dedicated service engineers who are located throughout the UK, we are able to deliver an unrivalled level of after sales, preventative maintenance and response support service. These engineers are directly employed by us, with extensive experience, and are completely knowledgeable about the entire Heatstar product range. Each engineer works from a fully equipped and GPS tracked vehicle carrying an array of specialist tools and a wide range of spare parts to cover most eventualities.

Specialist service software

We are always looking to go one better in the pursuit of greater efficiency and faster response times for our customers, and this has been made possible with significant investment in field service management software. Our custom-built software provides our after-sales service department and our service engineers with access, via smart devices, to all the facilities of the software speeding up paperwork and reducing response times.

The software streamlines the service call management process and call logging and reduces delays to customers – all this whilst offering better notification of on-site issues. This in turn enables more efficient scheduling and utilisation of engineers to give them more time to spend with customers, where needed, and allows better engineer skills matching to each job.

Service and maintenance agreements

At Heatstar we do not like 'downtime' and are passionate about keeping the downtime of our client’s units to an absolute minimum. To combat this we offer planned maintenance agreements on all of our products to not only increase the longevity of the Heatstar system but to also ensure it continues to operate to its optimum performance, and the chances of any downtime down to a minimum. These service and maintenance contracts are renewable annually and there is no obligation for the client to commit themselves to a contract prior to the initial manufacturers warranty expiring. We also have a Technical Helpline available which can often resolve common faults over the telephone.
