The Heatstar equipment is supplied
with a full parts and labour warranty.
This warranty is supported by
Heatstar's own nation-wide service
and maintenance cover. When this
initial period has expired, a
service and maintenance contract
is then offered by Heatstar which
can include extending the warranty
indefinitely.
In providing this cover Heatstar
can ensure that the equipment
is properly maintained and serviced
by fully qualified personnel with
in depth knowledge and experience
of the product. Equally, unlike
independent maintenance contractors,
our aim is to support the Heatstar
product name and therefore our
interest is in reducing maintenance
costs to a practical minimum.
This type of equipment is notably
different in nature to conventional
air conditioning and refrigeration
products and expert maintenance
invariably proves cost effective
in the long term.
There are three different levels
of service arrangement available
:
Gold : Full Extended Warranty
With Gold cover the equipment
is routinely serviced twice per
year. In addition, should any
maintenance work be necessary,
the unit would be repaired without
charge for parts, labour or attendance.
Silver : Maintenance Cover
With Silver cover the equipment
is routinely serviced twice per
year. In addition, should any
maintenance work be necessary,
the client would only be charged
for the cost of any parts used
with no charge being made for
labour or attendance.
Bronze : Service Cover
With Bronze cover the equipment
is routinely serviced twice per
year. However, should any maintenance
work be necessary, the client
would be charged for the cost
of any parts used and also charged
for labour and attendance.
The service and maintenance contracts
are renewable annually and there
is no obligation for the client
to commit themselves to a contract
prior to the initial manufacturers
warranty expiring. The costs of
the contracts vary depending on
the model and location of unit.
